Brand new instruments & accessories
Instruments
We include FREE UK mainland courier delivery for all brand new items (excluding selected showroom models that cannot be sent with our courier, and Yamaha “Agency” instruments – see below). “Agency” items all feature a statement explaining they are “…sold in the name and on behalf of Yamaha Music Europe…” – please scroll down to see more information about delivery of these items Our in-house team, courier and post services neither deliver nor collect on Bank Holidays, so there will be a delay during these periods. Large items, such as the Clavinova and Arius series instruments, will be dispatched within 48 hours of order, although you can nominate an alternative weekday to receive your item at checkout. If ordered before 1pm, items such as Portable Series pianos and all keyboards, will be dispatched by default for the next working day (although you can nominate an alternative weekday to receive your item at checkout).
Showroom Models
For larger showroom models (such as pianos) we’ll contact you after purchase to discuss delivery options and any applicable surcharges for our in-house delivery and installation team to visit you. Showroom models that can be sent via courier, such as most keyboards and accessories, will be sent free of charge for the next-working weekday if ordered before 1pm.
Accessories
Where products can be sent with Royal Mail or via courier, we include FREE UK mainland delivery. Accessories ordered before 2pm will be dispatched to arrive within 2-3 working days of order, if no specific weekday has been nominated at checkout (items are dispatched second-class Royal Mail.) Any accessories too large to be sent via Royal Mail or our courier will be subject to the same delivery process we use for non-postable items (we will contact you to discuss your options).
Yamaha ‘Agency’ products
Items marked as being ‘sold on behalf of Yamaha’ are sourced directly from Yamaha on a per-order basis. This includes:
- All Yamaha CVP900 series Instruments
- All Yamaha CSP200 series instruments
- Yamaha CLP875, CLP885, and CLP895GP
Providing the stock is available at Yamaha HQ, we will aim to deliver your order within 7-10 working days (see specific product information regarding Premium Delivery installation).
Pre-orders
We will contact you regarding any pre-ordered items, and let you know when they arrive so as to arrange delivery with you at a convenient time.
